OFCEAS
OFCEAS is a direct intensity measurement scanning spectroscopy technique relying on hyper-reflective measurement gas cells and laser source purity enhancement technique to achieve extremely low level detection of trace gases in very short times.
A low-pressure sampling method is suggested for easier implementation and improved analytical performance of the OFCEAS technology in a process or CEM environment.
